PANSY THE BUNNY!

I've just finished Pansy the Bunny, for a wonderful customer/friend of mine. I am really please with her and decided she needed her turn in the spotlight! She is a mere 2 2/3 inches tall and has been hand painted with permanent heat-set paints. Pansy is fully disc-jointed, with German amber eyes, nylon whiskers and a cute little tail. She enjoys sniffing her favourite flower, the pansy. I hope you enjoy her and have a lovely weekend.

BUTTERFLY CART AND FAIRY BEAR!

I have decided to list my handmade Butterfly Cart and Fairy bear for sale on my blog for a few days this time, as the cart did not find a home on Ebay. This is a new Fairy Bear, Tianna and I'm pleased with how she turned out. I will move it to my Etsy shop after three days.

Tianna is made from the pale yellow German Shulte mohair and she is barely 3 inches tall. She's fully disc-jointed and stuffed with excelsior and stainless steel shot. Nissa has tiny amber, german glass eyes, wool felt paw pads and a sparse, waxed nose. She has tiny glittered wings and a white organza ribbon around her neck.

Her Butterfly cart is fashioned after a swallowtail butterfly. It is 5 3/4 inches long x 2 3/4 inches high and 1 3/4 inches wide. It is hand made from basswood and painted with acrylic paints. The cart has pewter wheels and silk ribbon reins.

The Butterfly cart and Fairy bear are for sale separately, but I am offering a discount if they are sold together. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Enjoy!

JACK, WHO LIVES IN A SHOE!

I seem to be on a roll, with my bear making. I just finished this fellow today and I have decided to list him for sale on my blog for three days, before making the move to put him in my Etsy shop or on Ebay. I am delighted to present "Jack, who lives in a shoe".

Jack is a whopping 3 1/4 inches tall and is made from German Shulte mohair that has been overdyed to a lovely gold. Jack is fully disc-jointed, and is stuffed with excelsior and stainless steel shot. He has shaded ears, paws and face and has a waxed nose. He is adorned with a simple bow from vintage sil, and he comes with his own antique child's shoe. If you have any questions, please email me and thanks for peeking!

MATHILDA, A TRULY TINY BEAR

I'm not sure why the "tiny" bug has bitten me lately. I haven't made really small teddy bears in quite a few years, but lately I've been enamoured with them again. I've paid the price, though, as after this wee one, my hands have been aching and giving me a lot of problems.

Matilda is a 2 1/2 inches tall, antique style teddy and is made from cream, German Shulte mohair. She is fully disc-jointed and stuffed with stainless steel shot and excelsior, just like all the big bears. Matilda's mohair has also been shaded with chocolate permanent fabric paints, on her face, ears, and paws. She has tiny German glass eyes, and a sparse nose, that has been lightly waxed. Matilda has cream ultra-suede paw pads and wears a simple, green organza ribbon around her neck. Her paw pads have tiny holes, to allow bits of excelsior to show through.Matilda comes with her own tiny collector tin. The tin is red, and decorated with a lovely white bear and Matilda fits nicely inside. Please feel free to email me with any questions and thanks for peeking!
